Who is Eugene Fitzherbert?! It’s no secret that Tangled (previously known as Rapunzel, Rapunzel: Unbraided) went through several story changes before it hit the silver screen in 2010. Vince Bastion Flynn Rider Eugene was no stranger to change himself. Check out some of the previous looks for Mr. Fitzherbert.

Newt was originally scheduled to be released in summer of 2011, eventually pushed back to late 2012. Due to is striking similarities to the movie Rio, Pixar quietly cancelled the film and Brave took it’s release date.

In the early 2000’s, when this film first went into production, it was meant to be more of a comedy. These character designs are from the first version of the film which was scrapped in 2002.

Frozen will begin production in full force as soon as Wreck-It-Ralph is finished. It is the next Disney Animated Classic scheduled for theatrical release after Ralph with rumors saying we could see it as soon as November 2013.

The Snow Queen is a story about Kai and Gerda, two childhood friends that are forced to overcome the icy heart of a relentless queen.

The Snow Queen was originally being worked on in 2001 only to be officially scrapped in 2002. Sometime between then and now, production started again only to be shelved as of March 2010 and then put on hold in June of 2010. In December 2011, Disney officially announced the film was back in production, as a CG film rather than hand drawn, and now would be known as Frozen.

During the production of Rapunzel, Bastion evolved from a lovable bear into a gypsy thief. Bastion, in this form, is very much based on the actor Johnny Depp. This is the final version of Rapunzel’s hero until Nathan Greno and Byron Howard took the directorial reigns and morphed this thief into Flynn Rider.
